Bending software "TUBEND"

Software for 3-axes automatic bending machine Master СЕ-51-3Х is very comfortable and easy to use, can be performed in required language and allows:

on bending machine:

1) to disign a tube part of any complexity and reseive 3D viev of this part and draft details in constructionthe Cartesian (X, Y, Z) or machine (L, R, A) coordinate system.

2) to check probability of bending designed part on bending machine - to be sure, that this part will not hit the machine during the bending and start the animation to see bending process of designed part om machine screen.

3) To add changes in to designed part at every moment during design of animation pricessВ

Bending machin create program for automatic bending of designed part 

The operator  only put the tube and press the pedal, he only need to have base computer skills and have 2 days of trening in BMC

1)Module of CAD system, which intended for 3D simulation of parts in 3 axes from tubes, with using of replenished  tubes library and materials library and library of typical parts

2) Module of CAD system automaticaly generates for given tubes teoretical calculation of spring-back angle and stretching coefficient of bent place of tube

3) Result of Module of CAD system working  - 3D picture of designed part and table of parameters of designed part in XYZ or LRA system

1)Module of CAM system for calculation and analysis of possibility of part producing with taking to account of machine moment of flection, billet length, CLR and machine dimentions.

 2) Module of CAM system allows to simulate machine working with checking (analysis) for the purpose of collision of parts with machine during bending and gives advices for possibile changing of parts design or bending process.

 3) Result of Module of CAD system working - automaticaly generated control programm for machine for producing of designed parts in automatic mode.
